Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Location in , SLB&M. 61-815 (al3075) Joseph T. Ruth, P.O. Box 484, Hatch, Ut proposes to correct the point of diversion and place of use of 0.0048 cfs of water as evidenced by change 61-815 (all819). The water was to have been diverted from a 6-inch well, 50-150 ft. deep at a point N. 1467 ft., W. 1592 ft. from theSE Cor., Sec. 32, T36S, R5W; and used for the domestic use of one family within the NWViSEVi Sec. 32, T36S, R5W. Hereafter 0.0048 cfs of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well 52 ft deep at a point N. 431 ft., W. 405 ft. from the SE Cor., Sec. 32, T36S, R5W; and used same as heretofore within the NEV4SVW4 Sec. 32, T36S, R5W. 61-687 (al3083) James E. Kucera, 1760 Pepperwood Dr., El Cajon, Ca. proposes to correct the point of diversion and place of use of 0.015 cfs of water as evidenced by Appl. 61-687 (A49723). The water was to have been diverted from a 6-inch well, 100-300 ft. deep at a point N. 728 ft., E. 942 ft. from the SW Cor., Sec. 27, T34S, R5W; and used for the domestic use of one family; and from April 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.25 acre within the SWy4SWy4 Sec. 27, T34S, R5W. Herafter 0.015 cfs of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 120 ft deep at a point N. 3334 ft., E. 1178 ft. from the SVt Cor., Sec. 27, T34S, R5W, (2 miles E of Panguitch) ; and used for domestic purposes same as heretofore and from April 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.116 acre within the SWy4NEV4 Sec. 27, T34S, R5W. 61-731 (al3084) John O. & Ferriland Reusch, Bryce Canyon, Ut proposes to correct the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 0.015 cfs of water as evidenced by Appl. 61-731 (A52383). The water was to have been diverted from a 6-inch well, 138 ft deep at a point S. 1950 ft, E. 150 ft. from the NW Cor., Sec. 8, T36S, R3W; and used for the domestic use of one .famliy; stock-watering of 2 cattle, jt horses, 6 sheep, and 20 chickens; and from April 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.25 acre within the SWViNWtt Sec. 8, T36S, R3W. Hereafter 0.015 cfs of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 140 ft deep at a point N. 1483 ft, W. 1509 ft. from the Sy4 Cor., Sec. 8, T36S, R3W; and used for the domestic use of one family; and from April 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.04 acre within the SEy4SWy4 Sec. 8, T36S, R3W. 61-492 (al3092) Ruby's Inn, Inc., Ruby's Inn, Ut proposes to correct the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 0.015 cfs of water as evidenced by Appl. 61-492 (A41223). The water was to have been diverted from a 6-inch well, 100-300 ft. deep at a point S. 1950 ft, E. 150 ft. from the NW Cor., Sec. 8, T36S, R3W; and used for the domestic use of one family; stockwatering of 30 head of livestock; and from April 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.25 acre within the SEySWV4 Sec. 8, T36S, R3W. Hereafter 0.015 cfs of water is to be diverted from a 6- inch well, 138 ft. deep at a point S. 2828 ft, E. 1106 ft. from the NW Cor., Sec. 8, T36S, R3W; and used for the stock-watering of 200 cattle but limited to 2.32 ac. ft. annually. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W North Temple, Salt Lake City, Ut 84116, on or before May 5, 1984.
