Snowfall was heaviest In Pangultch area. First Big Snow Hits Garfield County Area inches in Hatch at the fish hatchery; 24 inches at the Midway on Cedar Mountain, 10 inches in Tropic, seven inches in Panguitch and 20 inches at Five Mile about 12 miles west of Panguitch.
