Show Tropic Topics Ella Adair 674-2311 Ethel Hatch is visiting with her daughters in Grantsville. Cheryl Alfano-has moved to Ephraim with her parents. A dinner for Lyle J. LeFevre, will be held in the Tropic Ward Cultural Hall Friday night at 7 p.m. The Ray Littlefields are in Salt Lake City visiting with their daughters and son. While there Mrs. Littlefield will attend the Relief Society Conference meetings. A special activity night for the young people Of M.I.A. age was held in Henrieville Tuesday night. Sandrea Francisco and Jay Johnson were home from college over the weekend. Brent Owens Hughes, son Of LeRoy and Paula Wlntch Hughes, was given k name and blessing by his father in Sacrament meeting Sunday. Bill Pollock and Brant Barton are enrolled at the Southrn Utah State College in Cedar City. The John L. LeFevres accompanied their son, Lyle J. to the Manti Temple Friday. While there they also attended the wedding of Jennie's niece, Jody Finlinson. Viva Mecham accompanied Mr. and Mrs. John Mecham to Cedar City Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Mart Stewart are the parents of a baby boy born Sept. 28, in Cedar City. Greg Richards is working in Page, Ariz. The Relief Society held it's opening social in the ward cultural hall Wednesday evening. A delicious dinner was served to the ladies of the ward, after which they enjoyed a program. Judy Adair was the chairman for the dinner assisted by Deanna Littlefield and Patti Munson. A senior citizens party was held in the school Saturday evening. The Malen Littlefields made a trip to Layton over the weekend. Calvin Nielsen and Ron McGee spent the weekend at Verdelia Nelson's. They were happy to have a visit with their friend, Mr. Waldie, from California, this past week. Nancy and Phil Walton are visiting with Gloria Chynoweth. They also visited with their grandparents, Mr and Mrs. Theron Griffin, in Henrieville. |
