Use ungreased cookie sheet Combine flour, salt, soda and set aside. Beat sugar, butter until creamy. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well. Blend in the flour mixture. 'F C. evaporated milk C. sugar 3 slightly beaten egg yolks 12 C. butter 1 tsp. vanilla C. Bakers flake co1 1-- 13 pkg. chocolate chip and 2 C. nuts, chopped 2-- 1 Coconut-Peca- n conut 1 C. pecans, broken into pieces Combine the evaporated milk, 1 C. sugar, 3 lightly beaten egg yolks and 12 C. butter and vanilla in a sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from the heat and stir in the coconut and pecans. Cool until thick enough to spread. 1 C powdered sugar 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese 4 Tbs. butter Vi tsp. vanilla Beat all ingredients well and spread on the roll. Roll back up, cover and chill. Cut slices an REALLY GREAT1 into serve. Carrot Pudding 1 1 c. grated carrots c. grated potatoes c. raisins c. sugar Vi tsp. cloves 1 tsp. cinnamon Vt tsp. soda scalded 1 1 12 Pumpkin Roll 3 eggs 1 C. sugar C. pumpkin 1 tsp. lemon juice Vi tsp. nutmeg Vi tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. baking powder V C. flour 1C chopped nuts ... Beat eggs on high for 5 minutes. Beat in the sugar. Blend in the pumpkin and lemon juice. Sift the dry in- gredients and fold into the pumpkin mixture. Spread Hang up the holly... String up those lights... Wrap up the presents... That are sure to delight... Share the warm fire... With someone vou love, And give thanks for these blessings To the good Lord above into a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with the nuts and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cook (steam) over boiling water in covered pan about 3 hours, depending on size of can. Sauce: c. sugar c. whipping cream Vi c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, cream and butter in a pan, stir until sugar dissolves. Simmer 5 minutes until thickened.
