Show I Pineapple Squares Deluxe Pat the following crust into a 13x9x2 inch pan: 2 G flour 23 G margarine 12 G almonds 12 G powdered sugar Mix all the ingredients with a fork in a large bowl. Then press firmly into the pan that is ungreased. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a medium oven (about 350 degrees). 2 pkg. 8 oz. each, creamed cheese, softened 12 G sugar 2 eggs 23 C. pineapple juice, Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in 12 G sugar and the eggs. Stir in 23 G pineapple juice. Pour this cream cheese mixture over the hot crust. Bake until the center is set, (about 20 minutes). Cool pineapple juice. Heat to boiling over medium heat. Boil and stir one minute. Remove from the heat and stir in the pineapple.Cool completely. Beat whipped cream in chilled bowl until stiff. Fold in the pineapple mixture. Spread very carefully over the dessert. Cover loosely and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
