December 31 haa been outlined by the commissioners ac cording to Scout Executive Preston W Pond It will end on December 31 when a new program for 1932 will be outlined During the last three years motivation plans have been made by the council as an outline of accomplishments for the troops Two years ago the council adopted a thermometer method at which the troops accom pushing so much broke which deals with the growth and development of the troop and the other the organization and functions of the troop committees The troop will be marked as an AA troop which means that both the troop troop’s program scoutmasters must present program to committee a month In advance and registration same as troop registration The troops must be organized on patrol basis' and hold patrol leaders'
