A well attended farewell party was given at the Social Hall last Friday in honor of Delbert Rasmussen who leaves next Monday for the mission field. Although it is not known definitely defi-nitely where he will labor it is probable that he will go to England. Sophus Bertelson returned Tuesday from Preston, Idaho, where he has been employed during the summer. Mrs. Mary B. Eyring of Mexico is visiting at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Andrew Thompson Jr. Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Olsen and Nels Olsen left Tuesday to make their winter win-ter home in Logan. Mrs. D. D. G. club was entertained Sunday afternoon by Miss EJna Anderson An-derson in compliment to Miss Loraine Stevens of Salina who will leave soon for tha Northern States mission field. Miss Norma Christenson entertained Sunday evening at an elaborate lunch eon. A large crowd was present and music was rendered by hostess.
