Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS STATE ENGINEKR'S OFFICE, SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, Sept 9, 1912. NOTICE is hereby given that Fred R. Wanless. whose post office address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate thirty-two (32) cubic-feet of water per second from Huntington Hunting-ton Creek, Emery County. Utah. Part of said wafer will be diverted at a point which bears north 25 degrees 30 minutes west 1,700 feet distant of the south quarter corner of Section 6. Township 16 south, range 7 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. The balance of said water wa-ter will be diverted at a point which bears north j 22 degrees west 2,000 feet distant of the southeast corner of Section 11, Township 15 south. Range 6 j cast. Salt Lake base and meridian. The water i will be conveyed from the above described points by means of two pipe lines aggregating 56,70 feet in length, and there used during the period from January 1 to December 31, inclusive; of each year, to develop power for the ourpose of elctric lighting light-ing and propelling machinery in Emery and Carbon Car-bon counties, Utah. After having been so diverted divert-ed and used, the water will be returned to the natural channel of the stream at a point which bears north 8 degrees west 1.200 feet distant of the south quarter corner of StJon 4, Town I ship 16 south. AH protests against the granting of said application, appli-cation, stating the reasons thereor. must be made by affidavit in duplicate and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of thin notice.
