Show DR. KING'S LECTURE PROVES GREAT TREAT Dr. Byron W. King has coma and gone gone, too, with the understanding understand-ing ihat if he does not stop off at Price and come to the Kingdom of Emery on his next trip there is likely to be some bad feeling. Though not a new experience to the greater part of his audience, everbody attending any or all of his appearances locally this time were given such entertainment en-tertainment that they are not very likely to forget. From gladness to sadness and back again did he carry the hearts of his audience, at all times giving with the anecdote or quotation bits of choicest food for afterthought and serious consideration on the part of his listeners. Giving his scheduled lecture on Saturday Sat-urday evening to a lage audience, Dr. : King was prevailed upon to remain ! over Sunday and give another lecture j Sunday evening which he consented to do. Saturday he took for his subject one of his most entertaining subjects, "What Fools These Mortals 'Be", and on Sunday as ably discoursed on "Under the Shadows, the Glory of Sacrifice." Incidentally, he spoke at both Sunday school and sacramental services Sunday morning and afternoon, and each time gave beautiful talks in full accord with the occasion. Dr. King left Monday afternoon for a short tour of the towns south of 'the Dale, where he was also received most heartily. |
