Show DISTRICT COURT ADJOURNS AFTER FOUR DAYS GRIND The cases scheduled for the September Septem-ber term of court, which began its session ses-sion last Monday morning, were dispatched dis-patched in short order, the last of the officials and interested parties taking their departure yesterday morning. Few cases were of very general interest. in-terest. The Paul Judd appeal case was dismissed, and the assault case against Pratt Allred was disposed of by fining defendant $20 upon the changing of the charge from assault with deadly weapon to simple assault. James Ford and C. S. Simmons, accused ac-cused of breaking into the store of W. F. Asimus at Green River, plead guilty and were sentenced to eighteen months and one year in the state penitentiary, respectively. Stanley Paulus, Emil Madorin, Louis Zunda.and Arvel Garth, the four youths accused of taking clothing from a box car near Woodsidc, also plead feuilty. Zunda and Garth, being eighteen and nineteen years of age, were given six months apiece, while Paulus and Madorin, Ma-dorin, fifteen and sixteen years old, were sentenced to the reform school with sentence suspended until the parents par-ents should be given an opportunity to send for them.
