etc the three bills taken together provide tor the issuance ot executions on judgments at any time during abe 1 ie ot the judgment eight years As the law now reads an execl alon cannot be issued after five years H no 7 by anderson to provide the method tor the changing ot county lines H 0 o 13 1 provide or the manner ot changing county boundaries these bills are almost identical and provide that a majority vote of the people ot a county to which it Is sought to make an add alon and ot the voters in the district sought to be an Is sufficient to make the change upon the presentation 0 a petition
