The citys case was never tried because North Ogden repealed the ordinance after Roy lost its case. We are willing to pay court costs for the ACLU, but were protesting paying their attorneys fees, said Dutson. He said the ACLUs court costs would be approximately $350. During a similar hearing, Jenkins ordered North Ogden to pay $1,325 to the ACLU for attorneys fees. The ACLU had requested $1,800.
