' U.'0 ' Pedro Van Horssen CANT WIN if you don't enter the annual Salt Lake Tribune Summertime Snapshot Contest, and you also cant win if you dont observe the rules. Most of the rules slipups in entries include failure to write the name and address on the back of each entry, sending entries which are bigger than 11 by 14 inches, and sending in negatives or transparencies with your entries. On the latter, we have been sending back the negatives and the snapshots on the theory that you would not like to lose the negatives or transparencies, and if your picture is entered, identification is lost. ANYWAY, most of the amateur snapshoters are shooting away merrily and the competition is getting hot and heavy.
