Prior to this week, only the Wasatch Brew Pub and the Eating Establishment had bought the validations, val-idations, which the city offers to businesses for 50 cents each (the balance of the cost is footed bv the Public hearings today on some proposed Park City developments The Park City Planning Commission will conduct three public hearings Wednesdav. Harrison. 59. of Park City had a plea of retail theft placed in abeyance by the court. Harrison was fined $200 and required to perform per-form eight hours of community service. ser-vice. At Thursday's city council meeting, meet-ing, members Hugh Daniels (center) (cen-ter) and Shauna Kerr presented Armendariz with the award. According to planning staff, most of the project is within Park City codes. However, a tower architectural feature is planned that exceeds height limits, but has the support of the staff. Materials and colors of The Chateaux have also been listed by staff as possible possi-ble issues before the commission. Some public input has already been taken on this project. Christopher Robert Melby, 23, of Bountiful pleaded and was found guilty of disorderly conduct. He w as fined $250 and sentenced to 25 days in jail, of which $200 and 25 days were suspended. Felix Earl Nez, 23, of Grantsville pleaded and was found guilty of driving dri-ving without registration, and had two other charges dismissed. Nez was fined $20. Ronald Elwyn Purdom, 67. of Park City had a plea to a charge of failure to report an accident with an unattended vehicle placed in abeyance by the court provided he pays restitution to the vehicle's owner. Purdom was fined $50. Peter Stuart Rude, 24, of Kamas pleaded and was found guilty of DUI and had another charge dismissed dis-missed by the court. Rude was fined $1290 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, of which $290 and 88 days were suspended. Rude was also required to perform 24 hours of community service by the court. Anseuno Sammano, 21, of Salt Lake City was found guilty of operating oper-ating a vehicle without insurance and never obtaining a driver's license, and had another charge dismissed dis-missed by the court. Sammano had his sentence stayed by the court until March 1, unless he leaves the country. Patricia W. Smith, 37, of Park City pleaded and was found guilty of disorderly conduct, and had another charge dismissed by the court. Smith was fined $750 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, of which 90 days were suspended. Dustin Jay Sullivan, 27, of Salt Lake City pleaded and was found guilty of speeding, and was fined $57.
