Show i in iii 1 1 Hi i EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 14th day of August, 1990, at 9:00 a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State A Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by GOLDOME REALTY CREDIT CORP, as the current cur-rent Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by MERLIN L. ADAMS and RAYONE E. ADAMS, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded July 8, 1988 as Entry No. 830249, in Book 1244, at Page 612, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of CACHE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, CORPORA-TION, a Utah Corporation, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded April 10, 1990, as Entry No. 887751, in Book 1345, at Page 600, of said official records.
