A third car in- I volved was not harmed. I The problem began when Randy I Higby's 1985 Lincoln stalled near I the intersection. Higby, 41, left to I call for help. Minutes later, Randall I Th acker, 21, pulled into the in- I tersection to make a left turn. I Richard Anderson, 16, was in the I oncoming traffic, and as he pulled I around the stalled car, he and I Thacker "didn't see each other un- I til too late" and collided, police j said.
