Show Leone S. Bennett FARMINGTON-Leone Schof-field Schof-field Bennett, 77, passed away, June 5, 1990. She was bom March 21, 1913 in Layton, a daughter of Richard and Rose Parsons Schoffield. She was married to Leland William Bennett, Nov. 5, 1930 in Coalville. The marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden LDS Temple. i fwmg l She enjoyed camping, fishing and traveling, having lived in Arizona during the winter months for the last 15 years. She made quilts, rugs and covered hangers, which can be found in every one of her children's and grandchildren's homes. She was a member of the Farmington 14th LDS Ward. Surviving are her husband, Farmington; Farm-ington; two sons, two daughters, William S. and Paulette Bennett, Layton; Richard D. and Gail Bennett, Farmington; Anne and Linden Beckstead, Preston, Idaho; Kaye and Ned Klitgaard, Woods Cross; 16 grandchildren; 32 greatgrandchildren. great-grandchildren. Also surviving are a brother and two sisters, Maurice Schoffield, Layton; Thora Price, Lakeside, Ore.; Ellen (Bea) Stevenson Steven-son Neilsen, Layton. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, four sisters and a grandson. She worked at and retired from Hill AFB. She was reared and attended schools in the Layton and Kaysville area. She and her husband operated farms in Kaysville and Preston, Idaho prior to returning to Farmington, after purchasing Lee's Locker Mart in 1949. |
