Show 1 NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 6th day of July, 1990, at 10:00 am. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse located at 50 East State Street, Farmington, Farm-ington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed ex-ecuted by Bradley G. Caldwell and Sue Ann Caldwell, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded March 27, 1985 as Entry No. 697822, in Book 1028, at Page 112, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property located at 578 South Main, Kaysville, in Davis County, State of Utah, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 2, CAMERON ESTATES, PLAT "A", Kaysville Kays-ville City, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof. Notice of Default was recorded March 1, 1990 as Entry No. 884035, in Book 1338, at Page 979, of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at public pub-lic auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession, posses-sion, or encumbrances, the above-described above-described property, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Trust Deed, including without limitation limi-tation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
