Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 17th day of July, 1990, at 9:00 am, at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State & Main, Farmington, Utah 84025, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by Fleet Mortgage Mort-gage Corporation, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by Clair H. Black and Gwen A. Black, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded July 31, 1987 as Entry No. 0796214, in Book 1184, at Page 600, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Logan, by reason of certain cer-tain obligation', secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded March Mar-ch 13, 1990, as Entry No. 885181, in Book 1340, at Page 958, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: Lot 416, Diamond Hills No. 4 Subdivision, according to the Official Plat thereof recorded in the' Office of the Davis County Recorder.
