Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 6th day of July, 1990, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse located at 50 east State, Farmington, Davis county, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Jim S. Willoughby and Gloria Jean Willoughby, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded June 2, 1988 as Entry No. 826782, in book 1238, at Page 346, of the official records of the Davis County recorder, covering real property located at 1607 North 670 West, Clinton, in Davis County, state of Utah 84015, and ; more particularly described as follows: !
