Show Victims Rights Week to examine future needs of crime victims Force will discuss ideas for local policy and practices, and agencies involved with helping victims of crimes will hear a report in the afternoon session on acquiring grants. Topics set for the afternoon session ses-sion also include establishment of a victim services network in Utah, victim reparations, viewing of a training video targeted to law enforcement en-forcement on how to respond to domestic violence calls while using a pro-arrestcitation approach, an overview of the action police need to take to avoid liability for failure to protect victims, and improving the response to reported child sexual sex-ual abuse. The conference is free and registration is not required. The closest viewing area to Davis County Coun-ty is at either Salt Lake Community College or Weber State College. Information I needed to help law enforcement I officials respond better, and the I handling of reported child sexual I abuse cases will be debated as well. I The conference begins at 9:30 I a.m. with remarks from Governor I Bangerter, Chief Justice Gordon R. I Hall and Attorney General Paul I Van Dam.
