HUFSTETLER, a married man, as Trustor, recorded October Oc-tober 20, 1989 as Entry No. 872712, in Book 1318, at Page 825, of the official records of DAVIS County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of BANK OF UTAH, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded October 29, 1991, as Entry No. 946101, in Book 1446, at Page 896, of said official records.
