Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 3rd day of March, 1992, at 12;00 noon, at the Main Entrance En-trance on East side front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Court-house, 800 West State Street, F arm-in arm-in gt on, Utah 84025, in the County of DAVIS, State of Utah, by INDEPENDENCE IN-DEPENDENCE ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by KEITH H. HUFSTETLER, a married man, as Trustor, recorded October Oc-tober 20, 1989 as Entry No. 872712, in Book 1318, at Page 825, of the official records of DAVIS County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of BANK OF UTAH, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded October 29, 1991, as Entry No. 946101, in Book 1446, at Page 896, of said official records.
