Show NOTICE OF Q TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 28th day of February, 1992 at 10:00 AM. at the O North front door of the Davis County Courthouse, 28 E. State, Farmington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by SECURITY TITLE COMPANY, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by BRUCE L. EDWARDS and CAROLYN M. EDWARDS, his wife, as Trustors, and recorded January 8, 1991 as Entry No. 913431 in Book 1390 at pages 351 of the Official Records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of FLOYD RASMUS SEN and MARIE R. RASMUS SEN, Trustees, and subsequent subse-quent Trustees of the RASMUSSEN FAMILY TRUST, dated November 11, 1988, by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded October Oc-tober 16, 1991 as Entry No. 944562 in Book 1443 at page 796 of said Official Records. Trustee will sell at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, en-cumbrances, the following described property at 11 West 1400 South, in the City of Bountiful, County of Davis, State of Utah: All of Lot 56, COLONIAL, a subdivision of part of Blocks "L" and 39, North Mill Creek Plat, Bountiful Townsite Survey, in the City of Bountiful, Boun-tiful, according to the official plat thereof. for the purpose of paving obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest in-terest thereon as in said Note and by law provided.
