Show NSLrhew post oflicetids sought- The U.S. Postal Service is adver tising for bids to construct a new leased post office in Draper and North Salt Lake, and will select one bidder for both facilities according to Draper Postmaster S. Robert Simons and Bountiful Postmaster Nolan T.Birt. Bidders are being asked to offer terms for construction of a post office of-fice with 5,582 gross square feet in Draper and 3,120 gross square feet in North Salt Lake. The new post office in Draper will be located at approximately 650 East 12300 South and the new post, office in North Salt Lake will be located on the southwest corner of 350 North and Highway 8991. Weather permitting, per-mitting, they are, expected to be ready by spring of 1990. ' Offers will be received until close of business Sept. 1, 1989, at the Salt Lake City Real Estate Branch, USPS, P.O. Box 22027, Salt Lake City, UT 84122-0027. Postmasters Simmons and Bin added that as oM983, the Postal Service no longer receives tax dollars for operating expenses; therefore, no tax money will go into this project. |
