Show Citizen at council causes quick action By JANIS STUART WOODS CROSS-It just goes to show that one person at a City council coun-cil meeting does have a lot of inz fluence. The complaint from the citizen was about the dust being caused by construction along 800 West between be-tween 1100 South and 1500 South. The complainant stated that he and his neighbors have to stand in their yards and try to water the dust down to keep it under control, which has been a losing battle.
