Show AMENDED NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property win be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 22nd day of May, 1989, at 12:05 P.M. at the main entrance entr-ance tj the Davis County Courthouse, Fannington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by DENNIS K. POOLE, as Trustee, and FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, Be-neficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by FOX CREEK ASSOCIATES, ASSOCI-ATES, LTD, as Trustors, recorded July 9, 1985, as Entry No. 706754 in Book 1042 at Page 605 of Official Records Re-cords of Davis County, given to secure indebtedness in favor of Western Mortgage Mort-gage Loan Corporation, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. ' Notice of Default was recorded February Feb-ruary 10, 1988, as Entry No. 0815595, in Book 1217, at Page 940 of said Official Offi-cial Records.
