Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 7th day of June, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse located at 50 E. State St., Farmington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Michael J. Casey and Rochelle S. Casey, as Trustor, Trus-tor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded April 2, 1984 as Entry En-try No. 668127, in Book 984, at Page 165, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real properly proper-ly located at 1093 West 2450 North, Layton, in Davis County, State of Utah, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 11, AMENDED PLAT OF LAKELAND SUBDIVISION SUB-DIVISION NO. 1, a subdivision of part of Sections 7 and 8, Township Town-ship 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Layton, according to the official plat thereof. Notice of Default was recorded January Janu-ary 19, 1988 as Entry No. 0813713 in Book 1 2 1 4 at Page 746, of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty war-ranty as to title, possession, or encumbrances, encum-brances, the above-described property, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Trust Deed, including without limitations fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
