Show i EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 31st day of May, 1988, at 9:00 a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance of the county Courthouse, Corner of State & Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by FEDERAL NATIONAL NA-TIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION ASSOCIA-TION by Fleet Mortgage Corp. as its Attorney-in-Fact, as the current Beneficiary, Be-neficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by DALE E. ALLRED and SUSAN B. ALLRED, his wife, as Trustor, recorded re-corded May 2, 1978 as Entry No. 494366, in Book 705, at Page 80, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of AMERICAN SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded January Janu-ary 27, 1988, as Entry No. 0814441, in Book 1 2 1 5 , at Page 1 036 , of said offic ial records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following fol-lowing described property: All of Lot 24, SAN SIMEON HILLS PLAT "B", a subdivision subdivi-sion of part of Section 32, Township Town-ship 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, LESS THE FOLLOWING: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot 311, Mill Creek Heights Subdivision Subdivi-sion Plat "Q", and running thence South 89 degrees 56' West 137.89 feet to the Southwest corner cor-ner of said Lot 3 1 1 ; thence South 10 degrees 16' West 16.77 feet, more or less, to the center of an old abandoned right of way; thence North 89 degrees 56' East 140.93 feet, more or less, along said center line to the extended East line of said lot 311; thence North 0 degrees 10'48" West 16.5 feet, more or less, along said line to the point of beginning.
