Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 7th day of June, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse located at 50 E. State St., Farmington, Davis County, Coun-ty, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Mark L. Lawson and Susan C. Lawson, husband hus-band and wife, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, Be-neficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded re-corded April 3, 1980 as Entry No. 561842, in Book 819, at Page 991 , of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property located lo-cated at 314 West Center, No. 153, Bountiful, in Davis County, State of Utah, and more particularly described as follows: Unit 153, in Building D, as shown in the Record of Survey map for LAKEVIEW CONDOMINIUM CON-DOMINIUM PROJECT OF r. BOUNTIFUL, appearing in the Records of the County Recorder of Davis" County,' Utah, and as ' defined and described in the De- clafation of Condominium of Lakeview Condominium Project, Pro-ject, (Phase No. 1) of Bountiful, appearing in such records of Book 77 1 , Page 523-55 1 , of Records. Re-cords. TOGETHER WITH the undivided undi-vided ownership interest in the Common Areas and Facilities which is actually appurtenant to said Unit, and subject to the ' aforesaid Declaration which provides for alteration of the percentage of ownership in Common Areas, should the Project Pro-ject be expanded. Notice of Default was recorded January 25, 1988 as Entry No. 0814093, in Book 1215, at Page 348, of said official offi-cial records. Successor Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty war-ranty as to title, possession, or encumbrances, encum-brances, the above-described property, proper-ty, for the purpose of paying obligations obliga-tions secured by said Trust Deed, including in-cluding without limitations fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
