Show Deadline Nears For Undergrad Grants May 1 is the application deadline dead-line for all undergraduate students interested in tuition scholarships, grants-in-aid, or educational opportunity op-portunity grants for 1968-69. The financial aids are offered to undergraduates on the basis of achievement and need and require an annual application form along with a parents' confidential statement, state-ment, according to James R. Sanderson, San-derson, director of Financial Aids and Scholarships. The May 1 deadline applies only to gift aid awards such as scholarships scholar-ships and grants. Undergraduate applicants should submit their applications ap-plications in advance of the deadline dead-line to be considered for those awards as well as work-study or long term loans. Applications for long-term loans must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of registration. The deadline for fall quarter 1968 is Sept. 1. Work-Study applications should be submitted in advance of the student's anticipated employment employ-ment to insure time for processing and notification. |
