Show ' INVITATION TO BID FOR THE LEASING OF THE SPRING VILLE CITY PASTURES Sealed proposals will be received re-ceived at the office of the Spring-ville City Recorder, 50 South Main Street, Spring-ville, Utah, until 7:30 o'clock P.M. on February 17, 1969, for the leasing of the five city pastures for a term of three years. The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on Monday, February Feb-ruary 17, 1969, in the Council Chambers at the Springville Civic Center, 50 South Main Street, Spring-ville, Utah. The location of the pastures together with the form of the lease and forms for submitting proposals are available at the office of the City Recorder. All proposals must be submitted on '. the approved forms. Only residents of the city of Spring-ville are eligible to sub-I sub-I mit proposals and lease the land-; land-; Only one pasture will be leased to any one person, but those submitting proposals may submit sub-mit them in the alternative on as many parcels as desired. The bid of any person in de-' de-' fault to the! city will be automatically auto-matically rejected, and the City ; reserves the right to reject any ' or all bids and to waive any informalities. in-formalities. All persons submitting bids must certify that they are familiar fa-miliar with the terms of the proposed lease. Generally, those leasing the pastures will be re- 'quired to maintain fences, clean the ditches and do their own irrigating. Health regulations prohibit the pasturing of milk cows on the city pastures. The City wll retain the right to terminate ter-minate any lease prior to the expiration of the term thereof upon giving 30 days notice to the Lessee, which right may be exercised in the sole discretion discre-tion of the City Council.
