Show SHS drama students give club program Pari Passu Club members were guests of Yvonne Johnson at a regular meeting directed by President Naomi McKenzie. Following the pledge to the flag, Florence Roylance gave the chib collect. In a short business session, several suggestions were made for club projects and the success suc-cess of the past year's project, to raise funds for band uniforms, uni-forms, was discussed. It was announced that panneling at the Service Center had been completed. The program for the meeting was furnished by the high school drama department under direction of Merrill Carter. Numbers included readings by Sylvia Haws, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Haws; humorous hum-orous readings by Chris Sor-ensen, Sor-ensen, daughter of Mr .and Mrs. R. G. Sorensen; readings by Linda Brown, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. LaVell Brown; vocal numbers, Dusty Collings, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Collings. Recipes were ex changed among members at the close of the evening and lunch was served by the hostess. |
