Show Services held Tuesday for Don Smith, 54 Funeral services were conducted con-ducted Tuesday afternoon in the Fourth Ward, for Donald Max Smith, 365 No. 400 East, a life-long resident of Springville Spring-ville who died Friday, February Febru-ary 16, 1968, at the Spanish Fork Hospital of a heart ailment. ail-ment. Bishop John Patrick of the Fourth Ward, was in charge of the services. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery, directed by Wheeler Mortuary. Mr. Smith was born Dec. 11, 1913, in Springville, a son of Lloyd Bassett and Dura Mason Smith. He married Margaret Wilde on Oct. 24, 1935. He had been employed by the State Road Dept. He was a member of the LDS Church. Well-known Well-known as a singer and guitar player, he had entertained at many civic club and organization organiza-tion meetings for a number of years. Survivors include his wife of Springville; five sons and one daughter; Blake M. Smith, San Diego, Calif.; Mrs. Dean (Shirley) Anderson, Huntington, Hunting-ton, Oregon; Michael Don Smith, Douglas Lee Smith, Jef-fery Jef-fery Lynn Smith and Stephen Craig Smith, all of Springville; four grandchildren; the following follow-ing brothers and sisters: Ted (Cont. on back page, col. 4) I Services held Tuesday for Don Smith (Cont. from Page One) A.
