Show Uses of lamb to be demonstrated The many uses of lamb are to be featured into the highlight high-light on Thursday, February 29 at the Provo Utilities Building, Build-ing, 241 West 800 North, Provo, at 10 a.m., sponsored by Utah County Wool Growers and Utah County Extension Services. Serv-ices. The day-long workshop will include discussions on: "What the consumer is to look for m meat," by Professor R. ' Keetch, of Utah State University. Univer-sity. "How to properly cut a lamb for more efficient use," will te presented by Herb Wright of Safeway Stores. (A lamb will be cut into retail cuts) "Consumer use of grades, cuts, yields," will be presented by Professor Paui Grimshaw of Utah State Uni-versity. Uni-versity. "The preparation and cooking cook-ing of lamb and a demonstra-tion demonstra-tion of the micro wave oven" will be discussed by Professor Flora Bardwell of Utah State University. The workshop has been or- ' iented to Utah County consumers con-sumers and there will be adequate ade-quate time for discussions and questions. The public is invited |
