The j-t award was presented at the j 1 Council Fellows hip Banquet Thursday night at the Wilkinson Wilkin-son Center. Mr. Loveridge said the Horn-' Horn-' 1 aday Award is the highest j Scouting award given in the 1 field of conservation. The award may be made in one of three forms and is presented by the Boy Scouts of America with the cooperation of the New York Zoologial Society, in honor of n, the late William T.
