J Church leader jj to address "stake fireside The SpringviUe Stake Young 5 Marrieds have secured Ernest rs Eberhard, Jr., director of Curriculum Cur-riculum for the Department of - Seminaries and Institutes of Religion, as speaker at a fireside, fire-side, Sunday, Jan. 15. at 8:30 p.m., in the SpringviUe Stake House, Junior Sunday School p- room. His subject will be, "Am ill I My Brother's Keeper?" Q" Mr. Eberhard with a B.A. li degree from BYU, has done t- graduate work at the Univer-:t" Univer-:t" sity of Idaho, USU and University Univer-sity of Southern California. He has had considerable teaching ar experience at BYU and at Ida- ho State College. He was a seminary teacher and principal at Preston, Idaho, 26 years. He served as a bishop at Preston; also Sunday School stake board member and was on the High Council at Franklin, Frank-lin, Idaho, and in SpringviUe. He served as mayor of Preston, Pres-ton, two terms and vice president presi-dent of the Idaho Municipal League. Aside from his teaching, church and civic duties, he has done considerable writing including in-cluding publication of a book, entitled, "What Shall We Do With Love." |
