Show (I3revtlie5 . . . Home from a month's stay in California, are Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Cranmer who returned Tuesday. They visited a son M.K. Cranmer and wife at Ox-nard Ox-nard and also with a son, Jay and wife and family at Reseda. While at the latter place, they also visited Sherm and Jerry Russell, former residents of Springville who live in the area. ar-ea. The Cranmers visited Disneyland Dis-neyland and many other places of interest and enjoyed the Christmas and New Year festivities. fes-tivities. They made the trip by car enjoying ideal weather conditions con-ditions both ways. Mr. and Mrs. Elden Ash in company with Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Beardall are home from a 10-day holiday trip to the west coast. Mr. and Mrs. Ash visited their son, Lynn Ash, and wife and family at Canoga Park, while the Beardalls spent time with their daughter and son-in-law, Richard and Carol Ivie and family at Pamona and with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Beardall Bear-dall at Anaheim. Mrs. Lucille Worthen has returned re-turned to her home here after with a son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn H. Allan, Jr., and family at Santa Rosa. He was gone about a month. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Wing returned Sunday from an enjoyable en-joyable three week's vacaation trip to California. They visited their daughter and son-in-law, Dr. and Mrs. Evan Francis and four boys at Glendale, Calif., and visited the many interesting interest-ing attractions throughout the area. They were there for Christmas and New Years and enjoyed the Rose Parade. Dr. Francis who presently holds the rank of major in the armed forces, is attending the University Uni-versity of California, specializing specializ-ing in a phase of dentistry. Cadet John Wright came from Roswell, New Mexico, where he is enrolled in the Military Mil-itary Institute, to visit his parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. George Wright and other relatives here over the holidays. He was joined join-ed here by his roommate, R. M. Young of Santa Fe, New Mexico, who enjoyed several days skiing. several week's vacation. She spent three weeks iin Las Vegas, Ve-gas, Nevada, with a son and daughter-in-law, Roy Lynn and Ann Worthen and children. Upon Up-on returning to Springville, she stayed with a sister and brother-in-law. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wal-ter Storey, about ten days. She made the trip to Las Vegas by jet going in 60 minutes. When she left, ten days ago, to return re-turn by car to Springville, it was snowing in the Nevada city. Glenn H. Allan has returned to his home here after spending spend-ing the holidays in California. He visited a daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Dean (Carol) Woodward and family at Fountain Valley, Calif, and |
