Show Red Devils p!ay Friday in Pleasant Grove Coach Hal Jensen's smooth working cagers, who gave fans a dazzling display of ball control con-trol here last Friday night when they held the ball from the American Fork Cavemen to allow them a 5-6 halftime lead, will travel to Pleasant Grove Friday night. The varsity contest at 8 p.m., will be preceded by the jayvee game at 6:15. Dazzling exhibition Not since the Carl Davis machine of 1937 has a Red Devil cage club displayed such an effective ball control game as they did here Friday night, in a patterned game to keep the highly regarded American Fork team from using their heighth and basket-making ability in check. The Devils had complete control throughout the first half and not until the last three minutes did the Forkers get ahead 5-4. The Forkers broke away in the third period to run the count up to 24-12 which spelled the difference in the game. Springville behind the shooting of Jensen, Christensen and Av-erett, Av-erett, outscored them 20-17 but could not overcome the third quarter deficit.
