Show BYU schedules parents' day Parents attending LDS General Gen-eral Conference in October are invited to the first annual Parents' Par-ents' Day, Oct. 1, sponsored by the Associated Men Students and Associated Women Students Stu-dents of Brigham Young University. Uni-versity. According to Jan Snyder, chairman, the event will begin at 6 p.m. and will give parents a chance to see a segment of BYU student life. Parents will be guided by qualified persons on tours of the campus. At 6:30 p.m. the famous International In-ternational Folk Dancers will present a show for the guests on the west patio of Wilkinson Center. Last year the dancers participated in the international internation-al festival at Varde, Denmark, the first American group ever to be invited. Several singing groups also will perform. Refreshments will be served. There is no divorce in Italy, but authorities are having some trouble with Aldo Donati, who was arrested marrying his 12th bride. When she learned about the other 11, she fainted. |
