Show Game violations in August listed A total of 109 fish and game violations were processed through Utah's courts during the month of August, according accord-ing to the Department of Fish and Game monthly arrest report re-port released. Net fines totaled $1,665.50 for the 109 cases. Violations of the 1965 fishing proclamation acconted for a majority of the August arrests. Overlimits of fish accounted for 21 arrests. Fishing without a license and fishing in closed waters accounted for 38 of the 109 arrests made. Department spokesmen noted that with the hunting seasons now underway, the monthly arrest report will begin to show an increase in such violations vio-lations as carrying a loaded gun in a vehicle and failure to tag game. All persons going afield in pursuit of game this fall are urged to know all rules governing gov-erning the taking of game as outlined in the current 1965 proclamations. N.
