Show NOTICE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT Land Office Salt Lake City, Utah Notice is hereby given that the State of Utah, under the provisions of the Act of Congress Con-gress approved June 21, 1934 (48 Stat. 1185; 43 U.S.C. 871a) has filed application for the issuance is-suance of a confirmatory patent pa-tent for the following-described lands granted to the State under various acts of Congress for the support of common schools: Utah 0120691 T. 7 S., R. 3 E. Sees. 2, 36 Sees. 16, Lots 1, 2, SNE, W, SE Salt Lake Meridian, Utah Persons asserting a claim to any of the above-described land other than through the State, or having a bonafide objection to the proposed issuance of patent, pa-tent, are required to file protests pro-tests or notice of their claims with the Land Office Manager, P.O. Box 11505, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. Any claims or objections ob-jections must be filed, with evidence that a copy thereof has been served on the Utah State Land Board, within 30 days from date of last publication publica-tion indicated below. Where the State of Utah may have already al-ready transferred the lands to private ownership, the issuance of a patent will not affect the present owner's title to the lands. J. E.
