Show In emergency use radio If there is a nuclear attack on the United States, or the imminent threat of one, tune your standard AM radio to your local stations at their normal places on the dial until un-til you hear the one that is part of the Emergency Broad cast System. That station, which will identify itself by location but not by call letters, will be on the air with official information, news and instructions instruc-tions on things you and your family can do to survive. Be sure you are prepared for an emergency by getting a battery-operated radio and spare batteries. "Never have so many people lived so well so far behind before." |
