Matthews can be contacted at 586-7923 for additional information about Sheep Day -activities. : 1 Approximately 250 persons will meet at Southern Utah State College Sept. 2-3 for Utah Sheep Day activities. Sponsored by Utah State University in cooperation with SUSC; the U.S. Sheep Experiment Ex-periment Station, Dubois, Idaho; the University of Nevada, Reno; and the I Utah Wool : Growers Association, activities will be coordinated through the SUSC Division of Continuing Education. "All interested sheepgrowers are invited to attend the conference which will include the presentation of several papers, workshops and demonstrations dealing with the sheep industry," said Darrell H. Matthews, Mat-thews, chairman of the SUSC Division of Agriculture. Registration will be from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Sept. 3 in the Thorley Recital Hall. The $10 registration fee $15 for couples-includes couples-includes admittance to the Sheepherders Supper being sponsored that evening by; the Cedar , Livestock Association. Presentations the first day will be in the Thorley Recital Hall with demonstrations and workshops following the second day at the SUSC Valley Farm. Included on the program will be a session on "Crossbreeding for Improved Productivity," by Matthews, and "Management of Ranges for Increased Sheep Production" by James E.
