Show Livoctocli Slion Saturday Some of the finest livestock live-stock in Beaver County will be on display Saturday May 2nd, at the Beaver County Fairgrounds, according to Ralph Pearson, who Is President of the Beaver C o. Cattlemen, will host the Beaver County Livestock Show. And it is this same livestock live-stock that goes on to capture the Champions and Reserve Champions at other stock shows throughout Southern Utah later in the season. Beaver County stock has a reputation of placing high in the big shows and much of the credit must go this early opportunity op-portunity to get stock ready, and the trainig received in the fitting and showing contests. con-tests. Beef and Dairy Cattle should be on the grounds by 9:00 a.m. Saturday, and ready for fitting and showing competition by 9;30 a.m. Judging of beef cattle will start at 10:00 a.m. followed by dairy cattle, range bulls, sheep and swine. Local ranchers. hold their top range bulls for the annual' show before putting them out on the range, and the competition is fierce, as the quality of range bulls is upgraded up-graded each year.
