Show footk ttUlfotb Helen Gillini 387-2612 ' Mrs. Louise Wiseman is home recuperating from surgery sur-gery she had at the University Univer-sity Medical Center on Jan. 25. Mrs. Dorothy Newdigate and Mrs. Helen Bolton drove Louise's car to Salt Lake on Jan. 31 and brought her home . Louise is doing really well and happy to be home. McCoy Williams took Dan and Dee Ferguson to Salt Lake Monday. Dan will receive more check-ups. They will be staying with a sister, Nell Erickson. McCoy Mc-Coy returned home Monday evening. Cindy Traveler of Murray was here the weekend visiting visit-ing with friend, Russell Yardley, and his mother, Verlene and family. On Monday Georgia Beth Thompson and daughter came from Cedar City to brighten the day for her father, fath-er, George Smith. They visited and helped him. Mr. and Mrs. JerryMayer were in St. George last Tues- day for Jerry's check-up with Dr. Copel. Mr. and Mrs.Duane Yard-ley Yard-ley are happy to have their children, Wayne and Evelyn McCulley, and boys move back from Salt Lake. Wayne is employed by the Credit Union of the Union Pacific. Mr. and Mrs. Russell Mayer have returned from an enjoyable three week vacation vaca-tion visiting Australia, New Zeland and Tahiti. Mr. and Mrs. Zeke Hickman Hick-man are happy with the new little granddaughter that was born Feb. 5th to Rodney and Jerri (Price) Ogden of Delta. The Ogdens have one son and three daughters to welcome the new little one. The proud paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Jack Ogden, Milford. Phyllis and Gwen will be helping take care of the family. Bob and Jill Puffer are proud of the accomplishments accomplish-ments of all their children. Regan did his part by taking tak-ing second in the State Jr. Varsity Wrestling Tournament Tourna-ment held in Fillmore Saturday, Sat-urday, Feb. 4th, in his weight class. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Sherwood Sher-wood and Ted Rimpau were in St. George for the midwinter mid-winter VFW Convention. ; lJI j II- fir i L . " ' Monday, Jerry and Janice Mayer made a business trip up north. Jerry went on to Salt Lake after leaving Janice Jan-ice at Orem with Brad and Linda Weston. Jerry came back in the afternoon and they enjoyed dinner and had a real good visit with the We s tons. They are all good school chums. On Thursday, Travis Beniah and fiancee, Lillian Lewis, had dinner with foster fos-ter parents, Coy and Jackie Williams. They then went to Beaver to pick up Tammy Tam-my and son, Dominic Chavez, and then went on to the bas -ketball game at Beaver with the Stake Presidency and High Councilmen and the Bishopric of the Wards in the Beaver Stake. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Puffer were in Beaver Sunday for a visit with Bob's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jasper Puffer. Scott Yardley was down from Bountiful for Guard duty over the weekend and had a short visit with mother and dad, Corrine and Don Yardley. Mrs. Faye Price andchil- dren from Blackfoot, Idaho have been visiting parents, Zeke and Phyllis Hickman. Danny will come next week for a short visit and get his family. Mrs. Margie Sherwood and Mrs. Jeanette Kohler were in Cedar City last Tuesday enjoying the day shopping and having dinner. Saturday Don and Corrine Yardley and Bob and Pat Davis motored to St. George to get in some gclfing and have dinner then they went on to Enterprise for the Mil-ford Mil-ford -Enterprise ball game. Mr. and Mrs. Gail Van Tassell left Friday for Phoenix, Phoe-nix, Arizona for a visit with children, Theo and Shaunna Smith and son Matt. Returning Return-ing home they brought Shaunna and Matt with them so they can visit for a little while. Saturday McCoy and Jackie Williams and Todd were in Cedar City to see a basketball basket-ball game that Travis was playing in at noon.
