Show BEFORE THE BOARD OF OIL, GAS, AND MINING DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES in and for the STATE OF UTAH IN THE MATTER OF AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS ADDI-TIONS TO THE GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE CONSERVATION CON-SERVATION OF OIL AND GAS AND MINED LAND RECLAMATION RE-CLAMATION INTHESTATE OF UTAH. NOTICE OF HEARING CAUSE NO. 153-3 THE STATE OF UTAH TO ALL OPERATORS, TAKERS OF PRODUCTION, MINERAL MINER-AL AND ROYALTY OWNERS, OWN-ERS, AND PARTICULARLY ALL PERSONS INTERESTED INTEREST-ED IN THE GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE STATE OF UTAH. Under the provisions of Chapter 6 and 8, Title 40, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended, the Board of Oil, Gas, and Mining, is given giv-en authority to make rules and regulations and amend them from time to time as deemed necessary for the proper administration of the Oil and Gas Conservation Act and the Mined Land Reclamation Re-clamation Act. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Oil, Gas, and Mining, has prepared a tentative set of amendments and additions to- the General-Rule General-Rule and Regulations as adopted and that a hearing will be held on such revisions on Wednesday, February 22, 1978, at 9:00 a.m., in the Executive Ex-ecutive Conference Room Holiday Inn, 1659 West North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, at which hearing anyone any-one interested shall appear and be heard, or, shall forward for-ward written suggestions to the "Division of Oil, Gas, and Mining", ' 1588 West North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116, no later than February 20, 1978.
