Hereafter, 1125.60 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from any, each or all of five wells as follows: Wells Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 are same as heretofore; (5) 16-inch well, 400-500 ft. deep at a point N. 75 ft. and E. 1600 ft. from S 14 Cor. Sec. 28, T28S, R10W; and used same as heretofore. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before June 26 1976. Mayer, May-er, Milford, Utah 84751, proposes pro-poses to change the point of diversion of 1125.60 ac. ft. ot water as evidenced by Appl. 18265, and Change a-7453. a-7453. The water has been diverted from four wells as follows: (1) 16-inch well, 360 ft. deep at a point N. 50 ft. and W. 60 ft. from SE Cor. Sec, 29; (2) 16 -inch well, 355 ft. deep at a point N. 50 ft. and E. 2130 ft. from SW Cor.; (3) 12-inch well, 450 ft. deep at a point E. 800 ft. and N. 1320 ft. from S 14 Cor.; (4) 16-inch well, 415 ft. deep at a point N. 50 ft. and E. 570 ft. from SW Cor. all three Sec. 28; all T28S, RIOW; and used for the stock-watering stock-watering of 200 cattle; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 280.0 |
