Show BEAVER CHURCH NEWS The Beaver City Park was the scene of activity Tuesday morning when the Third Ward Junior Sunday School enjoyed a party under direction of Sara) Yardley. Sandwiches, cup cakes, punch and popsickles were served to ' the children. j The Stake Primary officers and teachers of the three Beaver Beav-er wards joined Primary officers offi-cers and teachers of the stake in a union meeting last Thursday Thurs-day evening. Gilbert Yardley spoke in the Manderfield chapel at Sunday-Sacrament Sunday-Sacrament meeting, jvith Marietta Mari-etta Bradshaw playing a piano solo. Joe Bradshaw opened the meeting, Garth Baldwin closed, and Lafe Bradshaw conducted. A large crowd attended the Beaver Third Ward Sacrament meeting Sunday evening. The program, presented by the Primary, Pri-mary, was held in the recreation recrea-tion hall. President Madge Taylor was in charge of the program, which included songs by the congregation, congrega-tion, a program, "Help Me Find the Way," demonstrations, "Mr. and Mrs. Dan Joseph" and "I Am a Child of Good" by the Mason Ma-son family and Burton; a talk by Jessie Roberts, one of the Primary teachers. Articles made by the children during the summer were on dis-play. |
