Show Utah Dairy Princess Plugs 'Meatless Meals' A beauteous daughter of a Utah dairy farmer this week is telling the nation how to tix meatier j meals that are deliciously nutri- ' tious, yet low in cost. She is Carol Ralphs, recently chosen national Dairy Princess by the American Dairy Association, after she had won Ihc crown of Utah Princess. Appearing before convention groups, television cameras and in scores of interviews with the press, Miss Ralph for several weeks has been telling Americans the bene fits of eating more dishes using cheese, butter, ice cream, cottage cheese, evaporated milk and other dairy products and in drinking at least three glasses of milk a day. "You never outgrow your need for milk and milk products," is a theme Miss Ralphs is stressing. While she reigns as American Dairy Princess, Miss Ralphs is living liv-ing in Chcago. Her home is in Ferron, Emery county, and she has been enrolled at Brigham Youn University. |
