Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Notice is hereby given that Wah Wah Mining Company, by Edgarda W. Dugdale, Secretary, Box 569, Woods Cross, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer, a request for extension of time from June 20, 1958, to June 20, 1963, in which tc make and submit Proof of Appropriation Approp-riation of Water under Application No. 15582 for the appropriation of 2 sec.-ft. of water in Beaver County, Coun-ty, Utah, for mining purposes. It is represented that approximately approxi-mately $1750.00 has been spent on works. It is estimated it will take approximately $1500.00 to finish project and put water to beneficial use. Protests resisting the granting of said request, with reasons therefor, there-for, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State 'Capitol, Salt Lake City 14, Utah, on or before be-fore April 4, 1959. A hearing will be'held on this request for extension of time before be-fore the State Engineer at the County Courthouse in Beaver, Utah, at the hour of 10:00 a. m. Thursday, April 23, 1959.
